SHIPPING:

  • We ship within North America + Europe
  • We ship every Monday - Friday unless otherwise stated. We do NOT ship on weekends or Holidays.
  • ALL items ship from Alberta, Canada via CANADA POST unless otherwise stated.
  • We offer NON TRACKED LETTERMAIL SHIPPING via CANADAPOST: within Canada ONLY - FREE. Use NON TRACKED LETTERMAIL SHIPPING at your own discretion, as it can take up to 21 business days and tracking is not included.
  • We off TRACKED SHIPPING via CANADA POST within CANADA + USA for a flat fee of $7.
  • We offer TRACKED SHIPPING via CANADA POST for non USA/CANADA customers, prices are determined by the courier upon checkout and are not the cheapest.
  • FREE TRACKED SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more.
  • ALL items will be shipped in a padded mailer with cardboard backing (lettermail shipping) or cardboard mailer (tracked shipping). POSTMAN WILL NOT BE BENDING YOUR PACKAGES!
  • MOON + RAEVAN is not responsible for any custom/duty charges the customer may encounter. If you choose not to accept the items due to these charges, you will not be refunded for shipping.
  • MOON + RAEVAN is not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen items once shipped, although we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
  • Please review your shipping information carefully, orders can't be changed once placed.

PICKUP:

  • CONTACTLESS PICKUP is an available option upon checkout - Please click this option if you are wanting to PICKUP your order.
  • Pickup location is at Lakeshore Dr, Grande Prairie AB.
  • Orders are usually ready within one hour of purchase between the hours of 12PM - 12AM | MONDAY - SUNDAY. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please follow the instructions in the email,if you have any questions/concerns please TXT:825-250-3937.
